Born and raised in Turin with his grandparents, Stefano Rossi has been cooking from a young age. He has always been comfortable in the kitchen and, his love of food has not wavered. He's been sharing the dishes passed down through his family as well as his own. In 2010, Stefano moved to Hongkong. He knew he had to share his food with a bigger audience.
